Steps-

 1. cut the top of the agave
2. collect the water in the pina with a bottle (it is semi-transparent but not white)
3. clean the inside of the pina with a special spoon 
4. close the top of the agave with the cap
5. wait for the liquid to change its taste in the big bottles then drink it?

    Karla maybe it is better for you to watch second video to understand what the guy says? Possibly i am missing some parts.
